Enservio’s Customer Portal is an online tool that allows users to collaborate with their adjuster to file claims, itemize and upload receipts, and more. I was part of an elite team able to rapidly design and develop updates and feature enhancements to improve data collection, conversion, and customer satisfaction for a specific workflow.

MyStuff

We take for granted that we are usually safe from disaster and property loss. Should a disaster strike, it would be helpful to have a record of your property. Inspired by the work I had done at Enservio, I decided to create a consumer-facing application to make it easier for people to file insurance claims.
